Order Confirmation

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. It will include your order number and proof of payment. If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

Still no email? Send us a message at info@christine-brewer.com with the subject: "Order Confirmation Not Received". Our team will assist you right away.

Standard Shipping | Cost: Free | Delivery time: 4–12 business days

Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
Daily cut-off time: 11:00 AM (EST)

Orders placed before 11:00 AM (EST) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM (EST) will be processed the next business day.

Order Acceptance & Pricing

Please note that sometimes orders cannot be processed for various reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, including for:

Incomplete or incorrect information
Suspicions of fraud
Payment verification issues

We may request additional verification, such as a phone number, address confirmation, proof of identity or banking details before accepting your order.

Price Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate pricing information, but errors can occur. If a pricing error is discovered, we may contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of this error. We reserve the right to cancel orders listed at an incorrect price, even if they have already been confirmed and paid for.

Track Order

You can track your order with the track & trace number that you receive via the shipping confirmation. If you have not received a tracking number within 4 business days, please contact us at info@christine-brewer.com and we will be happy to help you.
